Our Technology
We employ advanced systems like the CuRas Hybrid Q-Switched Laser and the Nordlys system by Candela, designed to address diverse skin conditions delicately and effectively. These technologies are renowned for their precision and gentle handling of the skin, ensuring treatments that are safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types without compromising effectiveness.

CuRas Hybrid Q-Switch Laser Features:

Technology:
Equipped with a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser that operates at 1064nm and 532nm wavelengths, the CuRas Hybrid delivers short, high-energy pulses. These pulses precisely target pigmented lesions, reducing the risk of stimulating additional melanin production that can lead to rebound pigmentation.

Applications:

  • Melasma
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
  • Solar lentigines and freckles
  • Carbon peels for an instant radiance boost, perfect before special occasions
  • Acne scar reduction

Nordlys System Features:

Wavelengths:
PL400 (400-720nm) for pigmented lesions, along with PR(S) 530 (530-750nm) and VL(S) 550 (555-950nm) for comprehensive skin rejuvenation and treating vascular lesions.

Indications:

  • Treatment of facial telangiectasia
  • Management of small melanocytic nevi and solar lentigines
  • Reducing diffuse erythema (rosacea) Acne treatment

Recovery Time

PDT typically results in abc out 5 days of redness and irritation, compared to the discomfort extending over 4-6 weeks with topical chemotherapy creams.

Effectiveness

PDT has an approximate clearance rate of 80%, while traditional topical treatments like Efudix have a completion rate of about 75%. Laser-assisted PDT can further increase this rate to approximately 85%.
